TEARS

TEARS

Tears,

The droplets of emotion from the eyes,

The message of the heart to the eyes,

The expression of strong feelings,

Words being passed without spoken words,

The loudest words ever said,

The silent communication of the heart,

The intense feelings that words cannot explain.

Tears,

A passionate sentiment,

They give no consent,

They flow without permission,

A profound response to our actions,

The sensation of our reactions.

When they come, they seek no invitation,

They have no shame,

They know no bounds,

They flow down the cheeks with pride.

Tears,

They carry countless emotions:

Pain, joy, disappointment, fear,

Love, loss, frustration, and relief.

Sometimes, the heart becomes too heavy,

And tears become its only language.

They speak when the voice is silent,

They reveal what the lips conceal,

And they expose wounds hidden beneath smiles.

Tears do not mean weakness.

Sometimes, they are proof that you have endured,

That you have felt deeply,

That you have cared,

That you have loved,

And that you are human.

Tears may fall in darkness,

Behind closed doors and quiet walls,

But every drop carries a story.

Some tears come from broken dreams,

Some from unexpected blessings,

And some from memories that refuse to fade.

It is okay to let them flow.

It is okay to cry.

Let the tears fall,

Let the heart breathe,

Let the pain find its way out.

Healing may begin with a single tear,

And strength may rise after the sorrow.

Do not be ashamed of your tears.

They are not signs of defeat.

They are reminders that your heart is still alive,

Still feeling, still hoping, and still capable of love.

IT'S OKAY TO CRY.

EVEN JESUS WEPT.
