We hope you're having a beautiful and refreshing Sunday. As we continue to grow Writers Arena and work towards making the platform better for everyone, we have a few important updates and reminders for all users.

💰 IMPORTANT: WITHDRAWAL DAYS HAVE CHANGED

Please take note of the current withdrawal schedule so you don't miss your opportunity to request a payout.

🔹 Referral Earnings — ALWAYS OPEN

Referral earnings can be withdrawn at any time, once you have reached the required minimum. Approved referral withdrawals are processed within 24–48 hours.

🔹 Activity Earnings — TWICE A MONTH

Activity earnings withdrawals are available on a bi-weekly schedule — the 1st and 16th of every month.

The withdrawal form remains closed between these dates, but your earnings continue to accumulate. Nothing is lost while the form is closed.

👉 Please keep track of the 1st and 16th of every month and plan your withdrawals accordingly.

Also note that pending withdrawals yet to be approved will be processed alongside the payment of the next cycle of withdrawals.

Also before the next payout a new general WhatsApp group will be created, so users can feel free to interact and share their payouts. Payouts will also be shared across our other social media accounts, where users who got paid are expected to share their payouts there.

We also want to encourage every writer to take the quality of their content seriously.

A large portion of the content currently being published on Writers Arena is centred around general motivation and inspirational messages. While motivational content is welcome, we need a much wider variety of useful, original and informative content on the platform.

As we work towards monetising and improving Writers Arena, the platform has encountered low-value-content concerns during the monetisation process. This makes the quality and originality of the content being published especially important.

We therefore encourage everyone to:

✅ Write useful, detailed and meaningful content.

Don't just write to complete a post. Give readers something valuable to learn, understand, discover or think about.

✅ Explore different topics and categories.

Share knowledge, experiences, guides, opinions, stories, tutorials, educational materials, lifestyle content, technology, business, entertainment, current-interest topics and other valuable subjects that fit our categories.

✅ Choose the correct category.

Always select the category that best describes what your article is actually about. This helps readers find relevant content more easily.

✅ Check before writing.

Before starting an article, search Writers Arena to see whether the same or a very similar topic has already been covered. If it has, don't simply rewrite the same information. Bring a different perspective, new information, deeper analysis or a genuinely different experience.

✅ Avoid plagiarism and Excessive AI usage.

Do not copy articles, stories or other people's work and publish them as your own. Your content should be original and properly written.

✅ Avoid excessive repetition and unnecessary splitting.

If you're writing a story, series or educational material in parts and chapters, try to keep the number of parts as low as reasonably possible. Don't divide one short piece of content into many tiny posts simply to create more articles.

✅ Give every part a unique and meaningful title.

If your content genuinely needs multiple parts or chapters, each part should have its own unique title that tells readers what that particular section is about.
