SMALL DAILY HABITS

SMALL DAILY HABITS

Some days begin

with the morning rushing past,

but perhaps the day doesn't need

to begin that way.

Wake a little earlier,

let the morning breathe.

Make breakfast, drink some water,

stretch your body,

and give yourself a moment of peace.

You don't need a perfect morning,

just one that belongs to you.

Walk into your day

with three things in mind.

Do what matters first,

and let the unexpected wait its turn.

When the day becomes heavy,

pause.

Take a breath.

Not every problem

needs an immediate answer.

Eat what gives you energy,

but leave room for joy.

Life is not meant to be measured

by perfect plates

or perfect routines.

When evening arrives,

put the day down.

Take a warm shower,

change into something comfortable,

and let yourself rest.

Prepare something small for tomorrow

your clothes, your bag,

a simple plan.

Then close your eyes

without demanding perfection

from another day.

Because a better life

is rarely built in giant moments.

It is built quietly

in early mornings,

kind words,

healthy choices,

good rest,

and little promises

you keep to yourself.

One small habit today,

another tomorrow.

And slowly,

your ordinary days

become a life

you are proud to live.
