ONE HEART, TWO DIFFERENT WORLDS
poem

ONE HEART, TWO DIFFERENT WORLDS

One heart beats under two skies;One heart is beating under two skies;

But journeys to other lands,

In the morning light one sees hope,

The latter is a witness to the unfolding of dreams.

We share the same feelings,

The same laughter, tears and pain,

But what is nonexhaustive sunshine?But what does it feel like to have nonexhaustive sunshine?

For one, it's the rain of the gods.

You tell me about love like a river,

I say I love you like the sea,

You want to go back to the time when roadways were wide open,

Fear is calling me, while I'm still going.

We're under one moon,

However, our stars won't align though,

Tomorrow is mine, your world is full of tomorrow;

My one is stuck in yesterday's time.

Yet a bond remains between us,

A silent thread that we cannot see,A silent thread that can't be seen,

Maybe Two Worlds

Can share one heart at peace.

Perhaps it is not agreement that is love,

Nor seeing all things alike,

Perhaps it's the decision to learn

Without assigning blame.

If you feel the beat of your heart differently,

I shall not ask you to change,

I will hear your still voice,

Even if it seems weird.

When hearts are in different worlds,

But dreams can follow various paths,

If you know, then you can build a bridge

In a place where no one feels lonely.

Half the world, one heart,

But hope can bring them together,

(For sometimes the greatest love)

Learning is the place where two worlds are fulfilled.
