LET US PRAY π
Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of this Thursday morning and for the privilege of seeing the first day of a brand-new month. Thank You for preserving my life and carrying me safely through the months that have passed. Thank You for Your mercy that has sustained me, Your grace that has kept me standing, and the many battles You have fought for me without my knowledge. Thank You for every door You opened, every danger You prevented, and every blessing You have already prepared for me.
Lord Jesus, as I step into October, I place this entire month into Your hands. Go before me in every day that lies ahead and let Your presence guide me wherever I go. Order my steps, direct my decisions, and keep me within the centre of Your will. Help me not to move ahead of You or fall behind Your purpose for my life. Let Your wisdom lead me in every matter that will require my attention this month.
Father, let October bring a change in the areas of my life where I have experienced prolonged struggles. Where I have known disappointment, let me see restoration. Where I have experienced delay, let there be movement. Where I have been waiting for answers, bring clarity. Where I have encountered closed doors, make a way according to Your perfect will. Do not allow me to spend another month going around the same mountain without seeing progress.
Lord, I place my life under Your protection throughout this month. Frustrate every evil plan concerning me and preserve me from traps, accidents, losses, disappointments, confusion, and every danger I cannot see. Expose what has been hidden before it can cause me harm. Let no evil overtake me, and do not allow me to become a victim of circumstances that You have the power to prevent.
Father, give me wisdom to navigate October well. Help me to recognize the opportunities that are truly from You and give me the courage to walk away from what is not. Give me discernment in my relationships, decisions, conversations, and commitments. Keep me sensitive to Your voice and teach me to recognize Your leading even when it requires patience.
Lord, let Your favour speak for me throughout this month. Cause the right people to remember me and let the right opportunities come into my path. Open doors that align with Your purpose for my life and give me the grace to steward every opportunity well. Bless the work of my hands, multiply the results of my efforts, and let my labour produce something meaningful. Let me see evidence that You are establishing the work of my hands.
Father, remember my family, my loved ones, and everyone I carry in my heart. Keep them and keep me from accidents, danger, evil reports, sudden loss, and every form of harm. Let Your hand rest upon everything that concerns me. Wherever those I love may be, let Your presence accompany them and let Your mercy speak for them.
As I begin this new month, I declare:
I will not enter October and come out the same.
I will walk in divine wisdom and direction.
I will not miss what God has prepared for me.
I will not be a victim of evil.
I will not repeat the patterns that kept me stagnant.
I will experience the favour of God.
The work of my hands will not be wasted.
Delayed answers will receive divine attention.
I will experience restoration in the areas where I have suffered loss.
I will receive good news and make meaningful progress.
I will grow spiritually and become more like Christ.
I will have reasons to testify before this month comes to an end.
Father, let October be a month of answered prayers, divine direction, restoration, protection, spiritual growth, meaningful progress, and undeniable evidence of Your goodness. Let there be a testimony in my life this month that will cause me to look back and say, "Only God could have done this."
I surrender every plan, expectation, concern, relationship, responsibility, and desire concerning this month into Your hands. Go before me, remain with me, fight my battles, order my steps, and give me grace to walk faithfully with You through every day of October.
