What is purity?
Purity is the state of being clean.
We might see cleanliness in what aspect?
It is cleanliness in every aspect of one's life.
Purity isn't centered on abstinence from sex alone, but I will begin there.
Abstinence from sex is very important, in fact it is one of the most important aspect of purity.
Fleeing from pre-marital sex, is very crucial because premarital sex doesn't give glory to God, it destroys the life of that person or those persons involved in it. Do you know that when you have sex with someone who isn't your husband or who isn't your wife you are giving that person access into your life? when an individual have sex with a person that carries certain demonic spirit's those spirits now comes the individual. Sex is not child's Play, it is a form of covenant between two parties so when you engage in this without being married to that person, you are having a covenant with that person unknowing to you, this is very important.

“Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.”

“What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God…”
I want to encourage you today that you should flee from premarital sex.
Other aspects of purity includes purity in the mind, purity in your motives, purity in what you let into your eyes, that is to say purity in what you see, many people just go around watching all Manner of nonsense which affects their hearts, affect their mind, affect the way they see life, they fill their mind with dirt. Most times you say you want to serve God, you want to serve him better and then you begin to study, you begin to pray, you begin to seek his face, but you don't stop watching those things are not pleasing to Him, the affect your mind, and then affect your relationship with God, it take you backward, you're moving forward with your prayers, with your study, but those things you fill your mind with, you filll your eyes with, you fill your ears with,they are drawing you backwards.
I will have you know that purity isn't old school, so watch what you do with your body, because it is the temple of God watch what you listen to, because your ear is a gate to your heart, watch what you watch because your eyes is also a gate, watch your motives, watch what would you think and I see you becoming pure again unto the Lord.
Make this affirmation with me, I am pure, my body is holy unto God, the devil can't have me, I see to please the Lord always, I won't be conformed to the patterns of this world, I am truly cleansed from all impurities Amen .
