I have grown to understand that process isn't all about getting to the landmark of the life you envisioned to have, but becoming the ultimate version of what will be required of you as you grow to become.
So through the good and bad, rough and smooth, thick and thin, it doesn't change the fact that God is faithful. God is very much intentional in building men that will rise and will not falter back or be ruled and swayed by the, lust of the flesh, lust of the eyes and the pride of life.
We are so quick at wanting to be there but fail to realize that true success does not lie in your ability to be wealthy alone, but in your ability to completely trust and wait on the Lord, following His leading, and as well appreciating all that is before you through every season with Him.
Life is not worth fighting for if the endgame of our pursuit in life is the result of the fact that you are intimidated by someone.
You can't pretend to be ignorant or blind in this journey, because if the devil can be so persistent and consistent in making you bow to his demand, then you must be ready to be persistent and consistent to submit to God's divine plan for your life.
You must be willing to tell yourself that if the cross to carry is to bear the insults of men, that time is ebbing away and your life is not making any meaning, progress, or adding up with any result, please note that when it comes to the journey of finding yourself in God, choose to remain where He has kept you and continue to grow and build in that path.
David was able to encourage himself in the Lord when his men turned against him and wished they could kill him. Not because he wasn't afflicted emotionally, but because over time David had learn to trust, believe and walk with the Lord. And if you study how this men walked with God you will realize that they don't go out for a battle without first of all enquiring from him.
Most of us jump at opportunities that only end up becoming a distraction between us and our relationship with God. The earlier you realize that your completeness can only be achieved when you choose God's kingdom over all, the better it gets for you and I.
Fulfilment is far more a better mandate than the life of success, not all that are successful have truly discovered themselves, because the matters of discovery can only be attained fully by those that have stayed with the Lord.
You can't be a believer and yet chose the route of what the world delivers over what the word of God presents to you. Life is too short to be spent on wasted efforts that seems to appear as blessings but deep down they are means to distract you.
Stay focus.
Gratitude.
