One of the main purpose of man is to plan, control, organize, lead, preserve, and cultivate people and resources. No one become successful, without learning managerial skills. After every creation, there is need for manger, someone who oversee and control the affairs to enhance stability. Without management, that creation will definitely crumble. Man was the last creation of God. After he has created everything beautifully, he needed a manager to control, and cultivate his beautiful creation. The main purpose of man’s creation, was to dress the garden. God then brought his creatures to Adam to see what he will call them, which he did give those creatures names.
Who is a manger? A manager is a person who is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the work of others in order to achieve specific goals. The main aim of God was to create something beautiful that is, bringing his kingdom on earth. But this beauty creation still need management to avoid wastage and mismanagement. God could have name all the animals and bring them to Adam with names, but he wanted Adam to be in control, to group, plan and organize all God’s creation. Yes man must to pray, praise and do all other religious activities, but the main reason for God’s creation of man is to manage and cultivate culture of heaven on earth. God never waste, he wait for the right time. God will stop growth if there is no management. Once we understand this precepts, maybe we can easily fall back to identifying the purpose of every man existence. When there is good manager, everything flourish. Earlier, God has seize rain to fall on the ground, why because there was no man to till the ground. Meaning if you do not position yourself as a worthy manger, you lose all the privileges to prosper, your chances of success remain slim. More importantly, if you find yourself managing anything, and you mismanage you lose it, and sometimes, what you lose you never get back.
One important concepts to note is when humans are born, we do not bring anything to the world, why? Because every resource we need is available for us, we just need to be knowledgeable and wise to identify, cultivate and manage them. That is why when you learn a skill, and you fail to practice over time, you lose it, just because you fail to cultivate and nurture it. Same thing applicable to knowledge, if you fail to seek for more knowledge, you grow to become more foolish. You might not be aware immediately, because it’s a gradual process. And when you are leaving this world, you will go with nothing, why because everything created here is for the existence of man and your duty is to nurture and manage. Everything for the survival of man is available, man just need to identify and dress it to flourish.
Mental evidence of learning is experience and its application. The physical evidence is the certificate, this are proof of that qualifies. This is also applicable to management, the evidence that proof you’re qualified for a big role, is your ability to manage small resources. Big roles are committed to those who have proven their expertise. It is the law of deserving. That is what happen in the parable where the master gave his servant talents. The first two worked with it and it multiply, in other word, what you work with multiplies, and the last servant decide to bury his, indicating his inability to manage. The master came back for validation, and he figured out that the first two servant have increased their talent, and one of the servant had buried his. He immediately collected it from him and gave it to the servant who manage and already eventually have ten. Note: Not the one who have four, why? The servant with ten has shown proof that he can handle and control many, and that he’s capable of more. That is exactly why rich keep getting rich. It does not matter what you belief in, ones you obey the law of management, then everything will surely increase. Rain falls equally on everybody, even those who don’t believe in God’s existence.
The laws are universal, if you proof your abilities to control, then you are found deserving. Your willingness to prepare when there is no need, improve when there is reason to, and do the right thing when nobody is judging, put you at a high chance of becoming the ruler over many. What you cannot manage you lose. If you are skilled at management and along the line you lose the ability to manage, you'll eventually lose everything. No matter the amount of prayer and wishes, if you don’t show your willingness and ability to management you have nothing. If you can’t manage your money, you lose it. If you fail to manage your relationship, you lose it. If you fail to manage your job, you lose it. If you fail to manage and improve on your knowledge, skill, talents and gift, you'll eventually lose them.
Just imagine owning a car that you never maintain. You don’t change the oil, service the engine, check the brake pads or fluid, or even care how you drive it. You ignore the condition of the tires and neglect every basic requirement for its upkeep. What do you think will happen over time? The car will most likely break down, or even lead to accident. In the same way, management is essential in every human life. If we truly want to achieve that success we desire, we must learn to properly manage every aspect of our lives. Neglect leads to breakdown, but proper management leads to growth and lasting success.
THREE TYPES OF MANAGEMENTS:
MANAGEMENT OF RELATIONSHIP
One of the most important thing to manage is people, and most time the most difficult to manage. Good relationship with people most times is awesome but if not managed properly, can lead to disaster. Relationship management has to do with individual ability to create, cultivate, maintain, and build an effective association and kinship with other. If the idea of creation was for humans to live alone, there won’t be creation of male and female, in other word, there won’t be reproduction. But since the idea is to multiply and to build a culture of heaven on earth, then there is need for relationship between people. Adam was alone, he needed a help mate, someone as equal as him, to help compliment his work. The instruction given to the first man was to work, and he needed a partner to assist and build with him. Indicating of the importance of relationship, without relationship, everyone feels empty, we all feel alone, and every work feels like routine.
The Most frustrated individuals are people who are alone. Every little problem easily becomes big, why? Because there is nobody around to share their problem with. Their mind is constantly on the defense and they assume everybody is a threat. This set of people are always alone, feeling disconnected from others, and even if they build a relationship, due to their usability, their relationship usually don’t last and break easily. The worst side of it is these people have an unfulfilling life. Humans are naturally incomplete alone, we seek for a sense of belonging. We are social beings, and what is the essence of our success if we are the only one winning and celebrating, it feels empty. That is why people who lack any sense of people relationship around them usually come on social media to validate, since they have limited people around them. Relationship with people plays a significant role in human life, it motivate people more to achieve success, so trying to do it alone without others might eventually lead to mental and emotional emptiness.
In today’s world, many people are becoming increasingly isolated, choosing to face life on their own. There is a growing sense of insecurity around others, and trust is belittled, making it more difficult to build lasting relationships. Many individuals get into relationships already feeling skeptical, expecting disappointment from the very beginning. As a result, people continue to withdraw and distance themselves from meaningful connections. People's activities are more predictable, even family members prefer to spend time in their room alone without communicating. A major reason for this is the fear of getting hurt. To avoid emotional pain, people hesitate to get too close, and many avoid commitment because they do not want the responsibility that comes with it. At the same time, society often promotes an overly independent mindset the idea of doing everything alone which is not always realistic. We need to understand that those who have strong support systems, such as good friends and family, often have greater chances of success. They are more likely to access valuable opportunities and information. This is why it is often said that “your network is your net worth.” The quality of relationships you build today can greatly influence how bright your future will be.
It is sad that many people struggle to build and maintain relationships because they fail to take responsibility for their actions. Instead, they shift blame onto others, believing they are always right and have done nothing wrong. This mindset weaken relationships and leads to repeated conflicts and breakups. If individuals learn to take responsibility, admit their mistakes, and make efforts to correct them even when others are also at fault relationships can grow stronger. Challenges in relationships should be seen as tests of commitment, patience, and sacrifice for those we truly care about.
Also we need to start seeing conflict as something inevitable; no matter how much we try to manage it, it will still occur. This is because of differences in beliefs, ideologies, misunderstanding of information, and most especially competition over resources whether limited or unlimited. However, what matters is not trying to eliminate conflict completely, as that is impossible, but rather developing the skill to manage and handle it properly without allowing it to escalate. When we find ourselves in a conflicting situation, to handle it, we need effective management which requires us to remain calm, listen to the other party, and speak clearly without insulting and disrespecting others. It also involves showing empathy, being willing to compromise, and most importantly, working toward an agreeable and peaceful resolution. To manage relationships well, we must value and respect others. Instead of seeing conflict as something negative, we should view it as an opportunity to learn and grow by understanding one another better. This way, we begin to see ourselves as problem solvers who make better decisions during disagreements, leading to stronger and healthier relationships.
This principle are applicable to all types of relationships both families, friends, workplace, religious settings, association and communities. Strong relationships are built not on perfection, but on honesty, accountability, and the willingness take responsibility and grow together.
Good relationship management is not about avoiding conflict, but about using it as a tool for growth, responsibility, and adjustment. Failure to manage relationships properly can result to losing it. What you do not manage you lose. We should not lose valuable friendships due to pride or ignorance.
