I WANT TO WRITE TO GOD
poem

I WANT TO WRITE TO GOD

I want to write to God, not the God they preach on Sundays, not the one they used to scare us with.

I want to write to God, the 2am listener when my phone is silent and my chest is heavy.

He's always not in big miracles, sometimes in small mercies.

The sleep that finally came after overthinking.

The laughed I didn't think I have.

I don't know about you, maybe you call him Allah, maybe Jehovah, maybe universe.

Maybe you stopped because life hurt like I once did.

But me, I write to him, not in big grammar, just with - "God, it's me again."

And somehow,"he listens."

I don't know how you see God.

I found God in my brokenness, not clean but real.

And that's who God's to me.

He heals. He stays.He provides.

He listens.

Many times, I fall, but never to the ground because God save me.

I write to God because he exists.

Money didn't come.

Love didn't stay.

Prayers bounce back.

Everything that broke me is a proof.

God stayed differently and that's enough hope.

I finally wrote to God, with my heart, not just my Ink.

A pen of Ink & a bleeding heart.
