I Can Look Good, Feel Good, and Be Good
Genuine beauty isn't solely found in an individual's external features; it also resides within. It represents an inherent trait, a lifestyle, and a way of acting. A prevalent misconception regarding this concept is that it merely pertains to the flawless physical attributes. In reality, attaining harmonious beauty requires a fusion of both internal and external qualities of a person, rooted in love, joy, social charm, and self-expression through all physical movements.
Look around at those near you. Even without sight, I am confident that everyone possesses beauty, and I can support my claim. Some individuals have physical allure, being slender with fair skin, glossy hair, and captivating smiles that cause others to take a second glance. Others possess delightful personalities, being lively, bubbly, and enjoyable companions. Then there are those who excel intellectually, whether in English, Mathematics, Science, or other scholastic areas. Finally, some showcase talents in various skills, like music, acting, and more.
Individuals who exhibit any or a mix of these traits are deemed beautiful in diverse ways. However, to be viewed as genuinely beautiful, one must embody all these attributes.
Consider it akin to a diamond that requires many cuts to reflect light perfectly. Each cut must be balanced so that the total beauty can radiate. Achieving authentic beauty is not as challenging as it appears. In fact, thinking positively about yourself is essential to being perceived as beautiful. Yes! The only requirement is adopting the right mindset regarding your appearance and feelings, which will ultimately reveal your true essence.
The essence of beauty represents one of the most valuable thoughts you can implant and nurture in your mind. Merely stating, “I look good,” initiates the process. Once these thoughts have been planted, the nurturing phase must commence. Nurturing involves the accountability and dedication necessary on your part to transform beauty into a tangible aspect of your life. This requires time and effort, focusing on all facets of your existence—physical, emotional, mental, and aesthetic.
Nurturing the belief of “I look good” demands introspection, goal establishment, diligence, commitment, and patience until you arrive at the point where you can declare, “I feel good. I am good.”
The cornerstone of achieving positive looks, emotions, and energy is to prioritize self-love above all else. Appreciating and valuing your individuality alongside comprehending your nature is the foundational step towards building respect, love, and understanding towards others.
Only when you are pleased with who you are will you start to appreciate and care for yourself. Furthermore, only when you start to care for yourself will you transform into someone engaging and significant for others to notice. The key is to cultivate a positive bond with yourself. If you wouldn't choose yourself as a companion, why would anyone else? It's truly not that challenging, right? So, proceed.
Affirm to yourself and to others that “I have the ability to look great, feel great, and be great. Hence, I will.” Love is a beautiful thing if you fine genuine friend
