There is nothing new under the sunβοΈ
Human behavior, nature πβπ«
Everything has happened before we were not the first here, nor will we be the last the problems we face, thousand of others have faced too.
Same problem, different faces
Same joy, different families
Same age group, different personalities
Same struggle, different stories
Someone has loved this hard before, and lost just as hard.
Someone has stood where you stand now.
Uncertain, hopeful, afraid to hope too yours, but heartbreak itself is ancient.
Kings have fallen like ordinary men
Mothers have worried the way we worry now.
Children have dreamed the same impossible dreams in different languages under different skies
We think our century invented longing invented, ambition invented grief
But the sun has watched it all before rising on wars and weddings alike.
Setting on both without preference
Even this poem is not new someone, somewhere has already tried to say what I am trying to say now.
That we are echoes of each other that time moves in circles not lines.
In the end, it's the same circle β repeating itself.
Different individuals in different roles
Playing the same old story as if it has never been told before.
