THE SIREN SONG
In waves that dance, the sirens sing.
Their luring aria in the ocean's deep.
An eerie tune that tempts the bold.
A secret world, their secrets keep.
Yet sailors heed; their hearts grow fond.
Of songs that echo, whetting, near.
Caught in the chords of the siren's call.
Led by an oldie they've come to fear.
But tales abides, of caution and woe.
A lesson learned in the depths below.
A melody sweet, yet deadly and cold.
The siren's song, a timeless echo.
Entrapped by charm, lost in the tide.
Their fate sealed, on this fateful ride.
An euphonious dance of fate's duet.
In ocean depths where regrets are met.

THE OCEAN KEPT HER SECRET
Beneath the moon, where silver waters gleam,
She watched him sail as softly as a dream;
Whenever he came with his nets to cast,
Her silent heart would hold him as he passed.
She knew his face, though he knew not her name,
She knew his laughter, his gentle flame;
From coral caves, she watched him from afar,
And loved him quietly beneath each star.
She loved him first, before he knew her eyes,
Before he heard her voice beneath the skies;
Yet being what she was, she stayed concealed,
For some forbidden loves must stay unrevealed.
