The ocean stretches wide and blue,
Beneath the endless sky so true,
Its waves arrive, then drift away,
Like whispered thoughts at break of day.
It carries stories from afar,
Of distant shores beneath each star,
Of sailors brave, of ships that roam,
Of hearts that search for somewhere home.
The ocean dances with the breeze,
And sings its music through the seas.
Its gentle waves upon the sand
Draw silver lines across the land.
But deep beneath its shining face,
Lies a mysterious, hidden place.
Where colorful creatures swim and hide,
And ancient secrets sleep inside.
The ocean can be calm and bright,
Reflecting gold in morning light.
But when the storm begins to rise,
It throws its anger toward the skies.
Its mighty waves begin to roar,
And crash against the waiting shore.
Yet when the storm has passed away,
The ocean rests in quiet gray.
I stand beside it, still and small,
And watch its restless waters call.
It teaches me that life can be
As deep and vast as any sea.
Sometimes we rise, sometimes we fall,
Like waves that answer nature’s call.
And though the journey may be long,
We find our rhythm, find our song.
O ocean, endless, wild, and free,
You hold the secrets of the sea.
You teach the heart to dream and soar,
To seek new shores and fear no more.
So let your waves continue to flow,
Through changing tides that come and go.
For in your endless, sparkling blue,
There lies a world forever new.
