Ragebait

They throw a match into the room, Then watch the anger start to bloom. A careless post, a twisted lie, Designed to make our tempers rise.

They know the words that strike a nerve, The kind that make the whole world swerve. They dress up nonsense as the truth, Then feed on anger, rage, and proof.

A comment turns into a fight, Strangers argue through the night. Each insult brings another view, And suddenly, the lie feels true.

“Did you see what they just said?” The question spreads from screen to head. We type, we shout, we lose our peace, While someone watches numbers increase.

Because rage is currency online, And every reaction helps them shine. They do not care who gets offended, As long as clicks are never ended.

But tell me, what do we really gain From feeding strangers all our pain? A restless mind, a wasted day, While they collect the views we pay.

So let the comments burn alone, You do not owe the world your tone. Not every battle needs your voice, Not every provocation needs a choice.

Protect your peace; refuse the game, Don't give attention to their flame. For some don't want the truth to be seen; They want your anger on their screen.

Let silence speak where rage would grow, And walk away from what you know. Your peace is worth more than their fame; Don't let ragebait

control your name.
