SEPTEMBER
poem

SEPTEMBER

SEPTEMBER

Like a mix of winter and summer

in one weather,

September arrives quietly,

carrying warmth in one hand

and cold in the other.

A new colour palette

brown, gold, yellow, and red

blended together

to paint a world of its own.

The trees fall in love,

and their love letters

are written to the ground

through falling leaves.

The forest becomes

a colourful adventure,

where every step

feels like walking through a painting.

Above it all,

the sky remains blue,

with clouds as white as ever,

untouched by stains.

And then come the individuals

Virgos.

Bright as the colours they bring,

warm as the September sun,

quietly carrying their own light.

When night arrives

and the sky turns deep blue,

they do not disappear.

They bloom beneath the stars,

finding beauty in the darkness

and light in every little moment.

Perhaps that is what September means

a reminder that endings

can still be beautiful and meaningful.

As the year begins

to fold its pages,

September refuses to hold anything back.

It brings the cold,

the warmth,

the colours,

the memories,

and the promise of Christmas ahead.

So yes,

I know

Happy Holidays in advance, with love and warmth always.

Thank you for reading.
