Critical thinking and creativity involves viewing things from different perspectives and having the insight to know when to cultivate your creative process or allow it to rest until it’s ready to flourish. Courage is another essential element in fostering creativity, as it encourages you to embrace new experiences and take risks. Being open to emerging possibilities is crucial, as inspiration can strike unexpectedly. Passion is also key; it drives your commitment to succeed regardless of the outcome or reward. Maybe your creative talent lies in persuading a group or solving conflicts within your family or workplace—there’s creativity in that. You’ve probably saved your company significant resources with a single innovative idea, proving that you are indeed creative.
