The journey started on the 17th of August, 2025, and while the journey began it seems like that kind of journey that has no end, even though it's a call unto God's work but yet it's a very demanding one, especially when standards has been laid by those that have gone ahead and the first fear is meeting up with the standard and another is do I have the wisdom?
Leading people is one of the greatest things I fear most in life, in leadership there is always a place of sacrifice and checking through the life of my Lord and saviour Jesus, the one that calls me to this office, he came, he led and paid the biggest sacrifice a man could ever pay but yet the people were not satisfied. Leading the people? It can only be by the mercies of God.
But I thank God for the gift of men. Indeed God has men! As I served as the Vice President of the fellowship, the Lord gave me the gift of men, mainly of my President and my General Secretary, the journey that's supposed to be a journey of stress and divers kind of experiences, with the gift of these ones now becomes the journey of learning and advancement. Kai, I can say indeed that these ones were made made for this. I thank God for their life.
Sincerely I've gotten to the point where no words could actually express how grateful I am for serving alongside with them, if it's by lessons, I've learnt, talk of impartation just by the privilege of companying with them I can see the graces at work already.
Thanks for teaching me leadership, thanks for teaching me ministry, thanks for teaching me family, thanks for teaching me life as a whole and most importantly thanks for yielding and allowing God to use you at a time like this. This season has been one of the best moments I will ever experience, whenever I have you around me, it awaken my consciousness to the fact that there is still more in God and more to God in which pushes me to always promise myself never to settle for the less.
Thank you my father, brother and friend Papa Festus Oladeni, a great man of discipline, thanks for those path of discipline, teaching and consecration, may the Lord forever keep you relevant for himself and for your generation in Jesus name and also to my Dear brother and friend from Day one Papa Caleb Abejide, I will forever cherish and love you Sir, thanks for teaching me power and authority, the time spent with you awakens my soul and spirit, I don't think I can ever ask God for a gift lesser than you guys.
Thank you for training me, even though you might not know, thank you for challenging my faith, thank you for pushing me. It's indeed a privilege serving God along side with you. Writing this almost brings out tears from my eyes but I know this is not the end of it Surely there's a place at the top and we will meet there by His Grace.
Shalom
