Can I be honest with us today?
The world will tell a lady: "Just sit down, someone will marry you and sort you out."
But God is saying: "I created you with hands to build, a mind to create, and a voice to lead."
Ladies, your career is not Plan B. It is part of your calling.
1. REDEFINE YOUR WHY
Why are you working? For money alone? For validation?
Ecclesiastes 9:10 says _“Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might.”_
When you see your career as service to God, to people, to your generation, pressure turns to purpose.
Whether you’re selling nighties, teaching, coding, or running an NGO, do it like it’s unto the Lord. Excellence is your signature.
The Way Forward: Stop chasing jobs. Start chasing purpose. The money will follow purpose.
2. UPGRADE YOURSELF OR GET LEFT BEHIND.
The market does not care about your gender. It cares about your value.
Proverbs 22:29 - _“Seest thou a man diligent in his business? He shall stand before kings.”_
Ladies, invest in you.
Learn a skill. Take that online course. Read that book. Master your craft.
In 2026, comfort without capacity will keep you stuck.
Be the lady who brings solutions to the table, not just beauty to the room.
The Way Forward: Every 3 months, ask: "What new skill did I learn?" If the answer is none, you’re in the waiting room. Time to move to the boardroom.
3. BREAK THE CAGE IN YOUR MIND.
The biggest prison is not society. It’s our mindset.
"I'm just a woman." "It's a man's field." "I'm too old to start."
Deborah judged a nation. Esther saved a nation. Lydia funded a ministry.
Your gender is not a disadvantage. It’s a strategy.
We bring wisdom, intuition, resilience, and creativity that no company or community can afford to ignore.
The Way Forward: Apply for it. Pitch it. Start it. The worst they can say is no. But God can turn one "yes" into a testimony.
4. BUILD YOUR TRIBE WISELY.
Iron sharpens iron. Proverbs 27:17
You need 3 types of people:
1. Mentors- Women ahead of you
2. Peers- Women beside you to run with
3. Mentees- Women behind you to lift
And please, guard your circle. Not every "connection" is a connection from God. Some will cost you your peace and your purpose.
The Way Forward: Show up. Serve. Be valuable. Opportunities travel through people.
5. WALK WITH GOD IN THE PROCESS.
Career without Christ is just a cage with golden bars.
Psalm 75:6-7 - _“Promotion comes from God.”_
There will be seasons of hustle and seasons of waiting. Seasons to build and seasons to birth.
Don’t burn out trying to "do it all." Pray for wisdom. Plan your time. Rest.
And remember: God who called you is faithful to position you.

Glorious Lady, you were not created to just exist.
You were created to influence, impact, and income.
The way forward is clear:
Know God. Grow Yourself. Go Boldly. Glow Differently. Give Back.
You can’t be a woman of destiny and be sleeping on your potential.
Your boardroom is waiting. Your generation is waiting.
Arise and build.
