The Writer Within Me
I am a writer, a dreamer of dreams,
A voice that flows through silent streams.
With every word, a world is born,
With every line, a feeling worn.
I write the things I cannot say,
The thoughts that visit me each day.
I turn my pain into a rhyme,
And make my feelings live through time.
My pen is more than just a tool,
It breaks the silence, bends the rules.
It tells the stories hidden deep,
And brings to life the dreams I keep.
Sometimes I write about romance,
Of stolen hearts and second chance.
Sometimes I write of growth and pain,
Of losing hope, then rising again.
I find my peace in poetry,
A place where I can just be me.
No need to hide, no need to pretend,
My words become a faithful friend.
I am still learning, still becoming,
With endless thoughts that keep on running.
Each new story helps me grow,
Each written line reveals what I know.
I dream of words that travel far,
Of reaching hearts just as they are.
Of someone reading what I write,
And finding comfort in the night.
I may not have a thousand fans,
Or have the world applaud my plans.
But I have stories yet untold,
And dreams more precious than pure gold.
For I am more than what they see,
There is a whole world inside of me.
A thousand voices, a million lines,
A heart that writes beyond the times.
So let me write, let my words fly,
Like little birds across the sky.
For long after my days are through,
My words may live in someone new.
I am a writer, brave and true,
With countless dreams still breaking through.
And though my journey has just begun,
I'll keep on writing, one by one.
For writing is not just what I do,
It is a part of who I am, my truth.
And with each poem, each story I create,
I leave a piece of me that time cannot erase.
