The morning conversation that came loud.
The morning tea, a table for two - my thoughts & I.
"What do you do when God is silent?"
The question I asked.
Sometimes, I feel the silent is distance, I feel it's hatred, I always feel "God select,"but that still doesn't make me feel better.
Those deep conversation between myself & my thoughts.
What do you do when God is silent?
Do you walk away like I once did or do you get angry or do you just pretend to be "fine."
I understand.
I have been there.
It's not easy & it's not funny either.
Eyes, full of tears & hearts, full of questions.
I called his name in the morning, afternoon & night.
I opened my bible for a sign.
Still no answer came.
The pages felt heavy.
Every breathing hurt, yet I still breath.
I sit quietly, with silence to listen deeper.
To understand it's meaning.
I learnt silent as a language.
I remember yesterday & the days before it.
How he carried me.
How he made a way where there seems to no way.
The sea he spilt before my eyes
Enough evidence that he's God.
I would still thank God for everything.
