```In what so ever capacity you are opportuned to serve✍️```
🪄First, you must have it at the back of your mind, that it's beyond your qualifications that you get to that position, it is because of what is needed to be done that you are there
🪄Secondly,it could be another person, make sure you use your position to bring the change that is needed, meet the sacrifices, meet it's purpose
🏷️Note: Different people would come your way, either to support you, or to test your capability, while some will come to oppose you, yet you must still stand to bring the change needed without discrimination
🪄Bringing the change, can either be to learn in the process, to train others in the process or to change the narratives for a better sustainability growth to advance it's purpose
🪄The weak will come your way, the strong will come your Way, you must make sure to know the response to give in interacting with them.
🪄You are not to condemn the weak, you are not to compete with the strong, but to meet the need of while you are there serving.

🪄Those who left you does not mean they were not sent to you or they don't need you, it could be change of diet. Take for instance while do you think football clubs do transfer of players or players leaves a club for another, it means a change of diet, there's a bigger picture.
🪄Life is a battle field to meet a purpose. it matters how you prepare for it, and were it will lead you to, people would come and go, because there purpose will keep them going.
Don't be offended they left, you to as a leader don't think you will remain there forever, let your purpose keep you focused and move on.
