A long time ago, When I was still a very young student, someone shared with me, “To achieve true success, discover the path that God has laid out for you and commit yourself to realizing it.”
At that moment, I did not embrace the concept; I was not convinced that my life had a specific purpose, nor did I think that anything God might intend would hold relevance for me.
Over time, I have grown to accept the truth of what that individual communicated to me many years ago.
As human beings, we all possess fundamental desires and requirements: we need nourishment, hydration, shelter, security, affection, acknowledgment, and a sense of self-worth. Freud noted that we inherently seek to avoid discomfort and pursue enjoyment. This natural inclination is a part of the human experience for our benefit; it protects us from danger and typically guides us to make wise decisions. Many individuals opt for jobs that address these essential human needs and seldom consider what greater meaning their lives might hold.
At some point, I began to understand that what I desired for my life and what God intended for me were ultimately aligned. This realization surfaced after I decided to explore what God truly wished for my life.
This marked a significant turning point for me. Gradually, I recognized that my innermost ambitions, aspirations, and profound wants were placed within me by God. Therefore, pursuing God’s intention for my life also meant pursuing my own destiny. Ultimately, I discovered that in order to identify my personal purpose, I needed to turn inward, and once I uncovered it, I could wholeheartedly commit myself to its realization.
Thus, my message to you is clear: it is time for you to awaken. It is time for you to reconsider your life’s perspective. It is time for you to chase your dreams— whatever those may be. That is your purpose on Earth today. By uncovering and achieving your distinct purpose in life, you will experience life to its fullest.
I hope you start to recognize yourself as a remarkable individual with a genuinely unique purpose— because that is the reality!
