Beyond the Walls
A poem inspired by Attack on Titan
Behind the walls, a world of fear, Where screams of death were all too near. The Titans walked, the people ran, And hope became a fragile plan.
Eren dreamed of skies so wide, Of freedom waiting on the other side. With Mikasa's strength and Armin's mind, They faced a truth they could not hide.
The walls stood tall, but hearts stood weak, While countless souls had lost their peace. Each fallen friend, each tear that fell, Carried the weight of a living hell.
Oh, Attack on Titan, a story of pain, Of endless battles and blood like rain. Where heroes questioned the price of war, And freedom became a distant shore.
Levi fought with a fearless hand, Protecting lives in a broken land. Erwin marched with a dream in sight, Leading his soldiers into the night.
But enemies wore familiar faces, And hatred grew in forgotten places. Who was the monster? Who was right? Who would survive the endless fight?
Eren's heart grew cold with time, As freedom turned to a dark design. The boy who wished to break each chain Became a source of endless pain.
Yet through the darkness, one truth remained: No victory comes without a stain. For every choice, a price is paid, And even brave hearts can slowly fade.
Beyond the walls, the truth was shown, That no one truly fights alone. In a world where hatred takes its toll, Love and loss still shape the soul.
So let the thunder, let the Titans fall, And let us question the meaning of it all. For freedom is more than a battle cry, It's choosing what deserves to live, not die.
