I walk through noise with quiet unbothered grace
The world may rush but I keep slower pace
Their opinions fall like rain upon dry stone
I do not chase what was never my own
My shoulders stay loose my breathing stays deep
I laugh at the storms that try to make me weep
No need to perform for a restless loud crowd
I am soft in my silence yet still standing proud
The morning will come with its ordinary light
I sip my coffee and watch the day ignite
Let gossip burn out like a small fading flame
I will not answer or play their loud game
My heart is an ocean that answers no tide
I hold my peace with nothing left to hide
The phone keeps buzzing with drama and fear
I leave it to rest and I stay right here
I dance in the kitchen with socks on my feet
I find my own rhythm in a world of heat
No crown on my head no mask on my face
Just me and my stillness and effortless grace
Time moves like a river that knows its own way
I follow it gently through night into day
I am not cold I am simply at ease in peace.
